• Learn how to navigate couples, parents, extended families, cultural expectations, and multiple decision makers while keeping the planning process organized.
• Understand the traditions and cultural elements behind Mehndi, Sangeet, Baraat, Nikah, Hindu ceremonies, receptions, and other South Asian wedding celebrations.
• Learn how to build and manage multi event wedding budgets that accurately reflect the scope and complexity of South Asian weddings.
• Learn how to price your planning services and create a business model that reflects the true workload of multi day celebrations.
• Learn how to create a planning process from inquiry to wedding day, including contracts, payments, design, vendors, guest experience, and final production.

5 Days Focused on Wedding Day Coordination
Now it is time to take everything you planned and learn how to bring it to life.
• Learn what it truly means to step into a wedding as the lead coordinator and take control of the wedding day.
• Learn how to transform months of planning into a clear and executable wedding day timeline.
• Master master timelines, vendor timelines, family timelines, ceremony timelines, and cue sheets.
• Learn how to coordinate complex South Asian wedding traditions and logistics, including Baraats, ceremonies, entrances, family portraits, grand entrances, dances, speeches, and send offs.
• Learn how to manage vendor arrivals, setup, load in, production, transitions, and strike.
• Learn how to communicate with entertainment, décor, catering, venue teams, AV, photo and video teams, and specialty vendors in real time.
• Learn how to run a wedding day rather than simply follow a timeline.
• Practice making quick decisions, solving problems, managing delays, and keeping the couple and family calm while you manage what is happening behind the scenes.
• Learn how to lead your coordination team, delegate responsibilities, and create a clear chain of command.
• Learn how to prepare for final client meetings, rehearsals, vendor confirmations, wedding day briefings, and post event follow up.
