Our Day-Of Coordination service is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want experienced professionals to ensure everything runs seamlessly on the big day. We step in during the final weeks leading up to your wedding to finalize logistics, coordinate with vendors, and create a detailed timeline. On the day itself, our team will manage all behind-the-scenes operations—so you can be fully present and soak in every moment.
This service includes:
• Final venue walkthrough and timeline creation
• Vendor communication and confirmations
• Rehearsal coordination (if local and within service window)
• On-site management of the ceremony and reception
• Supervision of setup, breakdown, and transitions
• One virtual meeting with the couple to finalize details
• Email access for last-minute questions or updates
We’ll take over communication with your vendors 1 week prior to the event, confirming logistics, timelines, and key details—so you can shift your focus to celebrating.
This service includes:
• Review and confirmation of all vendor contracts and contact info
• Communication with vendors to confirm arrival times, setup needs, and logistics
• Creation and distribution of a basic wedding day timeline to vendors
Note: Travel costs are not included and may be quoted separately based on location.
