A Castle Affair: Meredith & Nisheel at Oheka Castle
For the final day of their four-part wedding celebration, Meredith and Nisheel chose the iconic Oheka Castle for a ceremony and reception that beautifully fused regal elegance with deeply personal touches.
Nestled amidst European-style gardens, the Hindu ceremony unfolded beneath a hand-built mandap crafted lovingly by the groom’s family. The décor was a soft, romantic palette which was elevated by lush florals, cascading garlands, and the grandeur of the castle’s manicured grounds. Meredith wore an exquisite all-white custom lehenga, complete with a dramatic veil, while Nisheel, in an ivory sherwani, carried a ceremonial sword—a nod to both tradition and heritage.
As guests transitioned into the castle’s ornate ballroom for the reception, they were welcomed by candlelit tablescapes, live instrumental music, and heartfelt toasts that told the story of two worlds coming together. The night ended on a high-energy note with a packed dance floor, laughter echoing through the halls, and memories made to last a lifetime.
